Custom CNC Cabinets (Well planned)
Here at Florkowskys we build European style cabinets. We use CNC software and equipment to create a blind dado setup for all components, with 5/8” thick materials.
The exterior, however, will be matched to the species of wood that you choose. It can vary between a 5/8″ or 3/4″ vaneer.
A blind dado is a hidden joint used to assemble cabinets. Perfectly cut with CNC technologies, this technique allows us to create strong and visually appealing cabinets.
The programs produce a computer file that is interpreted to extract the commands needed to operate a particular machine via a postprocessor, and then loaded into the CNC machines for production. Since any particular component might require the use of a number of different tools—drills, saws, etc., modern machines often combine multiple tools into a single “cell”.
This allows us to achieve cabinet perfection.
In other cases, a number of different machines are used with an external controller and human or robotic operators that move the component from machine to machine. In either case, the complex series of steps needed to produce any part is highly automated and produces a part that closely matches the original CAD design.
We Use Cabinet Vision Solid Ultimate
Solid Ultimate generates our shop drawings, 3D customer renderings, cutting lists, material requirements and estimating. We can graphically layout your job or use the built-in Order Entry function to quickly create your cutting list.
